 Having work/life balance is so crucial to your wellbeing and lifestyle. This program has been designed to help you align your personal and professional life. But, this program will help you to create daily and weekly rituals and habits that can help you manage your time, efforts and energy. You will learn how to take some "ME" time, to have fun and to spend quality time with family and friends. We'll work together to develop a shedule that will honor your creativity, so that you can continue to thrive in your career and business.


This is a 28 day program is designed to help you manage your time, live with intention, and give yourself permission to practice self-care.  The Mini-Coaching includes one 90-minute session, one 45-minute session and one 30-min follow-up session where we'll discuss: 


Session 1: Day 1

  •  Your personal goals and needs; the things you love, what you're passionate about, and what brings you joy.

  •  Short term and long term goal and how to succesful align your personal goals with your career or business goals. Alignment and Results is what you will get.

  • Mindset, barriers and boundaries

  • What's working and what's not working and develop a plan that will eliminate burnout and being overwhelmed. 

Session 2: 45-min follow-up to make sure that the strategies and tips are doable. (Day 10 follow-up)

Session 3: 30-min follow-up (Day 21)
